stock internals on the 7m are good to around 500-600 hp i believe. stangs- were to start. watch the 5 speed trannys .notorious for 2nd gear syncs. the oil pump shafts are weak. spun 2 myself in two different fox bodys. ended up looking like pretzels, all it takes is one missed gear. no fun when u have to pull the motor because of the crossmember that splits the oil pan.
