it kinda died out, seems there may be some negitives to the gaskets not mentioned..

ohh just that its not really a new product, its been tried before. it may get brittle?

IJ says "There are a few downsides to using it from memory, You need to reengineer the studs/bolts so they're isolated from the Manifold as they'll transfer the heat you're trying to stop as well as in time it goes brittle and 1 backfire can crack it and cause a leak

."

for the price, it just seems like a hassle and problematic?
