I have replaced my power steering return lines on a 7MGTE with 3/8" oil resistant transmission hose. The reservoir hose(s) may be a different story, since I don't have a fender mounted plastic reservoir. 3/8" is slightly smaller than the metric size Toyota used so apply a little transmission fluid to slide it over.
