Default Yes.

Yes, you can swap pretty much ANYTHING you want, it all depends on how much you want to spend.

The 2JZ engine is more expensive, AND is more expensive to adapt.

The 1JZ engine is usually a bit cheaper engine, and it fits more easily. I believe you need the "crossmemeber" of an 89 Supra, and then it fits quite easily, so installation is much cheaper than a 2JZ.

It also depends on what you want. If you want 1000HP go with the 2JZ, hehehe. If you're a normal person (lol), use the 1JZ, which is really fast even stock, and with a few upgrades you can get 400RWHP rather *easily*.

I'm not an expert on this, so please correct me if I've said anything wrong, people.

I would go with the 7MGTE, you can make the same power, with no mods required other than the ECU and harness. Plus, theres a buttload of them in junk yards for $600 or less.

Just call all the salvage yards in the area. I almost called in a 50 miles radius and didnt find any supra parts in my area. I live in eastern, North Carolina.
