Yes, you can swap pretty much ANYTHING you want, it all depends on how much you want to spend.

The 2JZ engine is more expensive, AND is more expensive to adapt.

The 1JZ engine is usually a bit cheaper engine, and it fits more easily. I believe you need the "crossmemeber" of an 89 Supra, and then it fits quite easily, so installation is much cheaper than a 2JZ.

It also depends on what you want. If you want 1000HP go with the 2JZ, hehehe. If you're a normal person (lol), use the 1JZ, which is really fast even stock, and with a few upgrades you can get 400RWHP rather *easily*.
