What's the point of a forum if nobody uses it?...
Not one reply to something as common as blow by on an old turbo engine.

Make sure that your turbo has a dynamic (metal) seal and not a carbon seal. Carbon seals wear and leak oil into the intake. You did not mention the state of the bottom end of the engine. If it was properly rebuilt, there is a piston ring wear-in procedure to follow along with changing the oil. If its a high mileage stock engine, the rings could be worn and adding extra boost will only increase the problem. A small amount of oil mist in the rubber elbow is normal.
Take the bottom hose that goes into the inter cooler off and check for oil pouring out. A small amount here is normal. If oil residue is in the air path plastic connection by the air filter, take the inter cooler off and drain the accumulated oil. Check your cylinder compression. Compression in 5 pulses should be around 156 PSI and all within 14 PSI of each other. The minimum compression is 128 PSI by the Toyota service manual. Look at the tops of the pistons with a bore scope or a flashlight and your eye. Be careful not to break the fan shroud. If the tops of the pistons are wet with oil, the rings are shot or the intake valve stem seals are leaking. You should leave the PVC system as Toyota made it.
