Angry mk111 factory alarm system

I have a 1986.5 Supra that has been cranking fine and running great. I key locked the passenger side door, and now my starter will not engage. I had previously replaced the clutch starter relay and still it will not start. Can the factory alarm system be disabled? I have tried turning the lock back and fourth 3 times etc and can not for the life of me get the car to crank.
