I just got one at the dealer the part number is 90339-16001. It's simply called a plug. The cost was $4.14 You may be able to stop the leak by tightening the clamp a bit. Looks like the oil has gotten to it and it may be deteriorated. One thing to hope for is that the pipe itself is not corroded and thin walled. I have seen some rotten ones. You need to get the oil leak under control or at least wrap the new plug with some aluminum foil.
