Hell this is my second time doing a HG but i dont thing we even did that the first time. We just installed a felpro the first time though. Im doing a MHG this time around. So before bolting down the head i should put FIPG on the rear timing cover where it would meet the head? Does the FIPG go between the HG and timing cover or between the HG and head? or both?

Hmm. By looking at the TSRM posted here it seems like i would put the packing between the timing cover and block? not along the whole top of the timing cover? or just put a dab on top of the cover it just those 2 places?

Another question i have is for the ring gaps. Does it say somewhere in the TSRM what they are suppose to be or should i be looking at my hanes manual?
