Tricks.... Yup, a lift and about 10 extensions to reach the upper bell housing bolts. If I remember correctly, you'll need to loosen the motor mounts too and a transmission jack... Oh, and as always, drain it first.
 Getting it back in, with everything lined up and properly torqued is the best part.I'm not really kidding about this. Without a lift it's utterly miserable.... with a lift it's well, only a little better. Here's Toyota's instructions on it.
