check your brake fluid level...also you might have air in the lines thats why pumping the brakes helps...u might wanna bleed and refill the fluid because when teh brakes get hot...the air in the lines also heats up causing it to expand and applying the brakes..it happened to my friend's dodge stealth... we basically bled and refilled the fluid...see if that works
