please confirm you have a 1GGTE 2L twin turbo if so... the lexus upgrade does not apply nor the bic dump pipe there is a 1GFE i believe in some sort of lexus.. whether that uses a 0-5v flapper i doubt but i guess you could find out (that is a v12 tho  )and with regards to your relief/bypass valve... the 1G doesn't have anything remotely similar to a bov.. they didn't come with one have you got an engine shot of urs? also the cooleeze intake pipe wont work on the 1g either unfortunately let me know if you got pics
