I've got an 87 Supra and I've been having basically the same problem...it turns over, but it won't start. Sometimes if I let it sit for a few days it will start again. My spark plugs have never been replaced so I was thinking that might be the culprit...I could only get to about four of them, but the closest to the front of the engine was pretty gunked up. Cleaned them up and I tested them and they still spark...
You got a better description of what the cold start plug looks like? Or will I know it when I see it? I'll give it a try. |
