Well at least those were kind of close, then comes number 6. Valve adjustments will make a large difference if they get pretty far off. Warm it up and try the test again. Turn it over about 6 to 7 times and record then, with the throttle open all the way. Leak down is fairly easy with the right stuff. Put it at top dead center, put it in gear and put the brake on and see how that goes.
How many miles are on the engine and is it a turbo or a tribble. Turbos are going to be low and tribbles just eat and eat..........sorry, no help there. The 175 has me concerned though. Could be a cam problem or that piston is coming out of the how further than the others and that can't be good. Curious to hear what you find out. Russ |
