Default torque sequence for head

I can't find my manual right now guys, anyone give me a link or digram or description of the torque order for the head bolts.
3.0 7 M-GE 2008

The page is EM 39, when you click the link it will take you to the 50s so just click previous a bit.

just for clarification to other readers, EM39 is the torque sequence for removing the cylinder head. EM55 is the torque sequence for installing the head
