dude, thats what california gets ya as far as im concerned lol. emissions testing is a joke and 99% of the shops dont know what the hell they are doing.
the only thing i could possibly tell you is that your balancer spun, but ud be having some serious issues if that happened. im actually not far from you right now i think. down doin some work on my aunts property, just down the road from valley springs, by jackson, lodi and galt.
