IIRC i think you need to do a single turbo swap as well, i was looking into doin a 2j swap but decided to heavily mod my 7M, saving progress has started
 , that might be for the 1j swap though, i just remember reading that if you kept the twins you had to beat the firewall in and i didn't feel like doin that, but other than that its pretty much what these guys are tellin ya-mounts, driveshaft, ecu, harness, intercooler, will probably want a better trans depending on what you want to do to the 2j as well
