I came here just for this question. For some reason the site is down. I DID find it on th Internet Archive. I'd suggest backing up as much as we can as a community in case the site doesn't return.

Just to be safe... I'm scraping the site. (I will have an external copy of everything that way).
It's one of those resources that would really suck to lose. I don't know if whoever is responsible for its placement gets the appropriate credit for it. But if something adverse happens in the future, at least I will be able to serve it up for the community. Otherwise... it will just live in a zip file on my remote drive...
