Default Knock Sensor Ground

Ok I've found all the write ups for how to rewire the sensor but I wanted to know if there was a stock ground wire that was dedicated to the knock sensor. I ask cause the people who owned the Supra before me have already rewired it all the way back to the ecu but the ground wire coming out of the harness like in the write up isn't there. I've changed the KS with another and I'm still getting fuel cut at 2k and obviously the code 52 came back. I have 7mge so only one KS. It would be easier just to attach the ground wire if I knew which one it is than to rewire the whole thing that is why I ask. Thanks!

The knock sensor is a one wire sensor. It has no ground wire. It creates its own voltage only when knock is present and is grounded via the block. If you are getting a knock sensor code, re check the wiring and connector or the sensor itself could be bad.
