mmm I love coolant diagrams. I've replaced both hoses going to my heater valve assembly.. that 90 degree one is a pain.

You have probably already considered it but there may be a clog in the system. Im sure you have already checked to see if your coolant is moving through the system but you could try and run some radiator flush through just in case there is a minor clog that still allows some coolant to pass through.

Done all of that. The heater hoses have not been changed. I will take a llok there.

System seems somewhat hard to purge of all the air. Would be easier if there was a purge valve at the top of the radiator.

Have you checked the void between the back of the intercooler and the front of the condenser / radiator?
Debris can, over the years, collect to the point of restricting air flow.

a400tool... Have you checked your timing lately? I'm leaning more toward a cooling system failure but retarded timing will increase engine temperatures VERY quickly.
