You mean the 3 nuts on the upper strut mount. I want to clarify this for anyone who's reading along, when I was working parts retail it was real aggravating having to explain to countless people that the strut mount is not part of the strut.
You may want to inspect this mount, if it's bad it would be the easiest to replace it when you get the new struts.

The bolts he is talking about are the camber bolts which do have a tendency to freeze up from rust. They are also rather hard to remove so they can be replaced. I would try spraying them with PB Blaster a few times to help free them and go from there. Also for struts, I like Rockauto for the prices. And you might want to work on the readability of your posts.
