You must have a lot of extra parts laying around. Me too.
Test for spark first. Check if injectors have power. Check if they pulse. Check timing again. If the wiring is good, something has to be bad. It could very well be the ecu but the only way to be sure is test everything. If everything checks out, there is no question about the ecu.

I really think it is because the car ran mint right after i dropped the harness in its when i ptu it in gear and tried to drive it that it started running like shit again, i heard somewhere that a bad alternator could do that is this true or a myth

Though I've never experienced it, I've heard of faulty alternators causing weird problems. A short that big MIGHT have fried the rectifier bridge or the regulator. Since the car doesn't run, to check it, you can remove the alternator and bring it to Autozone or someplace similar. Most have a machine to bench test alternators. If it checks out, that is one less thing it could be. Also be sure battery voltage is what it should be, you can bring it in with you to be load tested.

Thats a good idea i ddint think of that specially since these problems occured after i changed the battery i coulda bought a faulty battery

Good idea i didnt even think of that most these problems started after i changed the battery maybe i got a faulty battery
