 I guess thats what u get when you buy high quality parts brand new and cut no corners... Basically exhaust cam is the culprit to this issue... Oil is getting to the intake side great but on exhuast side it stops way SHORT. Possible a blockage of some kind inside the cam or just wasnt drilled all the way thru.
