Code 22 41 and 51 replaced parts still has CEL

I've been having some rough idling issues, stalling and falling on its face during acceleration. The CEL says that its 22, 41 and 51. I have tried adjusting the TPS, and the same results continue, so I bought a new one and put it on as well as a new coolant temperature sensor and thermostat (the car would not heat up past 160 degrees). It is now running at 195 or so but the CEL is still on for all three codes. I have tried resetting the ECU by unplugging the battery until the clock and radio reset. It seems to be running a little better but I drove about 40 miles and used about 4 gallons on gas. It stalls less, and idles a little better. If anyone can point me in any direction it'd be greatly appreciated.
