Id say try to buff her and see how she looks after, as for the paint chips,,,you cant do anything but respray. (spot repairs dont look so well). the emblem might cover the flaking paint around the rear license plate area

what i meant is. that it looks like the previous owner painted a cheap layer of paint over the original paint, and where it is chipped. it exposes the original paint and the original paint is SHINY as well as nice. is there anyway to remove cheap layer of paint to expose original?

id say it would be next to impossible to remove all the top coat without damaging the paint underneath...the previous owner just didnt prep the surface right b4 he sprayed paint..
