go with fidanza or mishimoto, and yes those cooling plates are a waste of money...when the weather hits triple digits, make sure you add water wetter...it will increase cooling efficiency

Water wetter does nothing for cooling efficiency, it's a dielectric and corrosion inhibitor. You may however run more plain water with it than you do with coolant and that is what cools better; Adding it to a 50/50 coolant/water mix is pointless.

I was really happy with my Koyo 1JZ. They're pretty inexpensive, well made and only require you to bend to pieces of aluminum to fit a MA70 chassis.

ive been extremely busy sorry about not responding sooner but thank you for all that contributed im going to upgrade real soon

I have a Fluidyne in my mkiii. no problems at all. simple install
