if you want to boost a 7mge, then youll have to convert all the electronics and plumbing over to 7mgte stuff. IMO if you wanna go thru the trouble you should look into a standalone system; megasquirt, AEM or various others, i will be going with SDS EFI. its antiquated a bit, but its a solid system, just not as sofisticated as some, with limited data-logging. with that type of setup you could easily hit 400 hp.
porting the head is gonna be a great. itll smooth out the power band. youll want a slightly bigger turbo than the ct26, but not too big. you want a broad power band, not a peaked one for drifting. i think its possible, with a lil tuning and healthy input for the motor. youll prolly wanna run a turbo style piston too, na ones arent gonna like anything over 8 psi, plus they will get brittle quicker in a drift app, lotta high rpm and heavy loads. good luck!
