I beleive the AEM Boost controller/gauge (depending on which one you get/have) will monitor the air/fuel ratio, boost - adjust and see what it is)
Far more expensive but does allow you to do it from the comfort of the cockpit rather than opening the hood.

Start small, but build with room to grow. 3" exhaust.. good, AEM wideband, boost controller, wastegate.. good. The IC, 550 RC low impedance fuel injectors, fuel pump, Lexus AFM upgrade can be added later on. Keep the engine maintained, tight and dont ignore small problems and you can just keep adding on to it. Also, watch your engine temp when you start pushing. If you start noticing the heat creeping up, you will have to pay attention to the cooling system. Remember.. aluminum head, cast iron block.. they expand differently.. so if you keep spiking the heat you can end up with a bit of warpage and a huge headache.. : )
Generally without a full build, I like upgrading over a longer period of time and letting the engine tell me what it doesn't like. No sense building for 450+ HP and then watching everything blow apart (amazing how many cars you see for sale that had these nice upgrades, but are now selling because they have rod knock, or blown head gaskets) Just a little note too.. if you do get injectors.. RC's are fairly reliable, but you should flow test them to ensure your not putting a faulty one in. Nice to know they all do their job correctly.
