Actually the na has the same cam lift as the turbo its just the na exhaust cam is timed a little different, I have not put a degree gauge on each one to check but you can visibly see a slight difference in how they are clocked on the cam.
The na also has a different geared rear end and more power and torque on low end than a turbo does. So off the line the na is more fun but after 5 seconds when your up to full boost and going good the turbo just pulls and pulls then pulls some more. Just gotta watch out for wheel spin going into second and third gear and fourth gear if you have more than stock boost. I love my na for a good nice reliable car but I also love my turbo to haul ass and take names. |
