i asked him to check the fluid and he said there is none in the tranny..he said when i install i need to put my fluid in it.
shouldnt it already or still have fluid in it? even though its not hooked up? o.o idk haha what do you make of this?

I dont know.. this one sounds iffy. There may still be transmission fluid in the trany (trace amounts). Its been over 20 years since I have touched an automagic transmission.. lol. I prefer standards simply because thats how I learned to drive.
If you dont get an answer here, you may want to try Supramania. Their tech forums are a bit more intense than here (not knocking this site..)
