That's your #3 gasket leaking in the plug galley. Easy to replace with the OEM gasket, or you can use generic washers/gaskets of a size I can't recall right this moment
. Just pull the bolts which hold that gasket on and replace, should resolve the problem of oil getting into the plug galley and shorting your plug wires.
