Default NGK Spark Plugs

Just curious guys but I wanted to install NGK Iridium IX spark plugs in my 91 Supra Turbo. Would performance or spark be hindered if I install these new spark plugs along with stock spark plugs wires instead of buying the spark plug wires designated(more or less) for Iridium spark plugs? Thanks guys any advice would be greatly appreciated.

i have the iridiums and well i have been told by many people that i shouldnt be useing them because they burn to hot and will eventually melt your pistons or something weird like that. im running them on 7.5mm wires and they work great, i dont know if this whole melting piston thing is true or not i was just told i should acually downgrade to a cheaper NGK like V-power or somthing that doesnt burn as hot.
