i think it was a {dealer option} and NO not all MKIIIs had them,ive only seen around 5 of them with the decals and they are usually accompanied by B-pillar SUPRA decals and sometimes side stickers like so... http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...ealerdecal.jpg

There's a difference between pin striping and a decal imo.

That pic looks like pinstriping and therefore I label it after market.. even if the dealer put it on.

I have seen "decals" for the Supra.. but I avoid them. To me (personal preference) a clean supra is godly.

1 thing i love about classic 80s cars is their amazing detail...so decals are cool with me...

wow.. some very sharp MKIIs in there. That was my original target. I bought the MKIII out of frustration.. and then a week after i bought it.. I found the MKII I was looking for. Ah well.. I like the MKIII just as well now.

im with grandavi a clean body is better. thats why im taking mine off haha. i dont like them. haha

yeah i love MKII P-TYPES they also have cool decals though http://www.tonedeaf.com/bob/blackdecalA.jpg ... yeah my fav Supras are MKIIs and MKIIIs...i also like SE MKIs...


they have a classic manly aggressive look about them...

So, my $0.02....

I think that decal fits the car VERY well. Very 1980's, just like our MKIII's
