There is really no other way to go about the replacing the center support bearing....you have the following options:

1. Buy OEM from Toyota, yes.....it will cost you.
2. Buy from Napa or Auto parts store....you will need to modify it to fit.
3. Lastly, you can get a 1 piece steel or aluminum driveshaft....it will cost almost the same as a replacement center bearing support, just a few dollars more. Then you don't have to worry about the center support bearing.

You can get the oem one from magauto.com for about 200. Thats where I got mine, but then you'll have to install it yourself or pay someone. It probably is listed as about a 2 hour install. And while you are at it you might as well do all the universals.
