In my searching, jeez o wiz, I pulled up the Horsepower Freaks 1pc. shaft.

It looks like the best way to go and not much more than the bearing, as reydio said. Are there any cons about the switch to 1 pc ? I will contact the manufacturer to ask what else is required during installation, anybody have any tips or help?

When I bought this car I said I wanted something to work on and enjoy to replace my dirt bike. Well, I got what I wanted. It's a solid car, but as well as the shaft bearing I have the following to do.

1) Pilot bearing
2) Ball Joints
3) Bushings
4) Struts, probably springs
5) Still runs a little rough from a vacuum leak

I love this car.
