have you checked your fuses and your fuel pump to amke sure its getting fuel?

There are a lot of things that it could be. Try using the search option to find more information. Pull one of your spark plugs, plug it in and hold it against the engine block while someone cranks the engine. There should be a spark. If not, it has something to do with your igniter or distributor or something. But again, try searching it.

Fixed it. I git in touch with a former master tech for Toyota who worked for the trd division. He told me it was probly the cam angle position sensor and to hit it with a wrench if it starts that's the problem. So I hit it and it started rite up and ran perfect. Thanks for everyone's suggestions
