The tachometer is different between the non-turbo (7M-GE) and the turbo (7M-GTE). You can either swap out some resistors on the control board in the cluster or you may swap the whole tach mechanism... if you have another cluster, just swap it; Otherwise let me know and I'll dig up the details on what you need to change in the circuit... if you can solder it's not too difficult.

If it helps you out at all, here's a picture of the tach PCB and what resistors need to be changed (highlighted in blue):

As for the actual details of how to go about getting at that board, soldering it, etc I hope cre will be able to help you out there as I have no clue.
