How many miles on it.. If its stock gasket, its not if, but when its gonna blow. Todays newer version of toyo dealers stock gasket is much better than the ones made in 89.. whowever. when it blows, youll know it. should not hurt anything unless you keep driving it and overheat it badly.. then do the metal gasket. but im a dont fix it till its broke kind of guy on most stuff thats how id roll it....besides. anything over 15+psi i think a metal gasket is almost a must???

my 2 cent
