FCD is a HORRIBLE idea... ancient tech and way too much potential for damage. There is no magic number, it depends on your build and your tune.
How did you tune the fuel? Have you got a wideband installed? What's your AFR when it stumbles? My money's on the engine running lean or fuel cut.
