Default mk3 Supra w/ fcd from hks

hello, i just got my 89 supra running, and i have straightened out almost all of my little bugs the only concern left un answered is why im getting a feeling of fuel cut, idk if it is forsure or if there is a chance of some tiype of limp mode, but all i can suspect is fuel cut,

i have a short list of most of my upgrades on my sig,

but in full throttle i seem to be hitting a brick wall and it is clearly cuttin fuel but its at about 3,500 rpm

i have the hks FCD, does anyone know what setting is the best for my 7mgte?
