the check engine light dosnt turn on with the key in but it used to and the alarm has never worked for me at least. But the lock on the driver side is kinda messed up

And what about the things in #2? Did you try locking the car with the key in the passenger door and then disarming it the same way? Does the starter click at all when you try to start the car?
I'm trying to cover the easiest things first (well, at least they're what I consider the easiest), but you need to help with the diagnosis. Oh, and change the check engine bulb and see if it lights up with the key in the ON position... if not, then the ECU is probably not getting power. Where you working on anything when this started?
