Although supras are reliable as most cars made by Toyota are, you are still look at an old car with fairly high mileage which is not always the cheapest to maintain. Although the car can run till 200k plus, it’s the little things that will drive you crazy. Also be prepared to buy some snow tires for the winter as it is a rear wheel drive car, probably without a limited slip diff because it is N/A. And then there is the big head gasket thing which is a pain. They are fun to drive, but then again my Celica 6spd is too while gets an average of 27mpg which is way higher than the supra gets.
