If your replacing a the crank pulley with a cheap ally one, you run the risk of damaging your engine. The heavy stock pulley is there for a reason, the weight of the pulley absorbs vibration from the crank. Links crankshaft torsional vibration. and resonance. If something rattles/vibrates place a heavy weight on the end of it.
