Power Steering Pump Pulley

I recently had some issues with my power steering system with my 89 Turbo Supra, and after having changed the return and pressure hoses I noticed the power steering pump pulley is wobbly. I mean, it's firmly attached to the pump, but it's warped. I was wondering if anyone here knows where I can find a new or used pulley. I have a feeling the pump itself may have been damaged, but the pumps I've seen at vendor sites seem to come without the pulley, so I'll need one anyway. Any suggestions or links? Anyone have one they'll sell me?

I hope you don't mind I jump in. But what is needed to replace a pressure power steering hose Tool wise? Is it just a flare wrench and what size? Just wanting to know I am about to replace one.
