New to the forum here. About your problem, I would recomend also looking at the knock sensor. It is located in the middle of the block underneath the intake manifold. My car has a few electrical problems still but i do know from experience that the knock sensor can help.
My question: Why is my check engine light on when the battery is connected? the key is not in the ignition( obviously the car is not turned on.) And the car is drawing mad power away from the battery. A brand new battery is almost dead after a few hours of being connected to the car. |
