I had the same problem with my non turbo car when I got it. The guy told me it was the battery, because it seemed the battery was keep dying. One day it completly didn't turn over, but the battery was completly charged. I took it to a toyota mechanic and said it was the starter, a few days later it did it again. So I took it back down there and he said that the starter was getting to much power to it and it was shorting out. So he put a fuse between the battery and the starter and it hasent done the problem yet. Hope this helps
