Yes, you can check the error codes on your car. There should be a little rectangular diagnostic port near the fuse box under the hood. I believe you use a jumper on terminals Te1 (sometimes just T1) and E1 and turn your key to accessory I think and watch how many times it blinks. If your car is running rich, I would suspect it's the MAF. My car was running rich as well, so I changed it out with a new one. Other than running rich with the old MAF, the car ran fine.

aight cool ill check to see what is trippin the check engine light. if it says maf sensor ill just replace it. i mean hell ive already bought new coil packs, dizzy ect. but i still need to kno how the dizzy is wired up to the main harness. like i said my wires are dryrotted and the insulation had completly fallen off so i would like to see if anyone can snap a quick pick of there dizzy wiring to the main harness. im damn sure that would solve 99.0 percent of my problems. the car ran superb for a week and then i had the one broken wire and the more i move the other wires the worse the problem got with every wire near the dizzy. i have a huge birds nest for my dizzy wires now. any and all help is greatly appreciated

The TSRM is the factory repair manual. This is the repair book that you can go buy from Toyota for about $250. Someone was nice enough to scan his entire repair manual for a 1990 Supra, save it in a pdf file, and post it online for Supra enthusiasts to reference while repairing their cars. You can find the online TSRM here:

Before posting, please be sure to explore the forums here. The information above is in several posts, including the one entitled "Please Read This First" at the top of the main MKIII Supra page.
