oohh..ok. I never underestimate anyone. I've heard some off the wall sh** in my days.

So, how much can an AC possibly weigh?

The guy who sold me my Supra told me he ran the AC all the way over to deliver the car to me. He was attempting to portray how good it worked, all I could think is "My God man, why would you run the AC?! Why put that much unnecessary stress on an 86.5 engine!" I dunno, I tend to baby my rides...

I heard somewhere that ever 100lbs is a tenth at the drag strip, but I'll take that tenth to not sweat my %#^% off....

at most 35 to 40 pounds really what parts do you have?a/c compressor,a/c heat exchanger, and lines,125 lbs for an a/c is a bit large don't you think, the damn thing woud take up half the engine bay alone.yes you can remove the system from the vehicle without adverse affects.wanna stay cool in your supra,100mph ought to solve the problem, just roll the widows down.
