Default Rubber piece thats on the left part of the head is leaking coolant. what is it?

its just a rubber cap thing and its got a crack in it and I have no idea what it is. but its leaking radiator fluid all over the place. thanks

I would but i dont know how ahah sorry. but I think its for a automatic and from a heating or a/c thing

not a hose, its like a rubber plug and I looked at autozone and rebies and they didnt have them lol or even know what it was

is it a hard pipe behind the exhaust manifold thats just covered with a rubber piece with a metal clip?
