An exhaust on a NA is not going to net 20hp. .020 overbore is not going to make any noticable difference in power. It will probably feel faster due to the old motor being old and worn out.

With that big of an exhaust on a N/A you are actually not going to gain anything. That exhaust is for a turbo car and lets it breath a lot more. The exhaust you need for yours to notice anything is something way smaller. I bought a HKS Dragger for mine when it was still a N/A and it felt like it lost power and also would backfire on a high rev shift. Now with the 1JZ it fits right because turbo cars need to flow freely and let out a lot of exhaust because of the added air going in. Think of it this way when you think of horsepower, More air in more air out = More horsepower. Even putting a cone filter on your N/A you are still limited by the size of the intake runners and are not gaining much more air in than you were without it.

Do the math and figure out the change in displacement and that should point you in the right direction.
